  • Our hourly rate is $125 per hour, with a 2-hour minimum. Your rental includes full access to our indoor event space, outdoor courtyard (weather permitting), standard tables and chairs, kitchenette access, and 30 minutes of setup/teardown time — all in a beautifully curated, boutique setting.

We provide standard tables and chairs, basic setup and teardown time, and a warm, thoughtfully styled environment designed for beautiful, intimate gatherings. BYOB and BYO food are welcome.

  • Yes. You’re welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages. Outside vendors are permitted.

  • Yes — we love seeing the space personalized.
    We ask that decorations are temporary and non-damaging. No nails, staples, or permanent adhesives.

  • Our indoor space comfortably accommodates up to 50–55 guests. We intentionally design events to feel comfortable and elevated — never crowded. When weather allows, guests are welcome to spread out into our outdoor courtyard, which adds flexibility and flow but does not increase indoor capacity.

  • How does the courtyard work with indoor events?
    The outdoor courtyard is designed to complement the indoor space. For guest comfort and safety, total attendance must remain within the indoor capacity should weather require everyone to move inside.

    Can I rent just the courtyard for a party?
    The courtyard may be booked on its own when no indoor events are scheduled. This allows for open-air gatherings in a relaxed, private setting. Because it is an uncovered outdoor space, all courtyard-only bookings are weather-dependent.

    Is the courtyard covered?
    The courtyard is an uncovered outdoor area and is subject to weather conditions.
